BF100 works automatically with alternating system, and produces 1 blister per stroke with maximum dimension mm 120x100. The product loader can be both manual through an operator and automatic by a universal charger. Data and working cycles are set through an operator board managed by a PLC.

FANTASY PLUS blistering machine, with its practical and compact shape, is suited for the production of industrial quality blisters for clinical trials, stability testing, marketing samples and small batches to carry out in R&D Laboratories or pharmaceutical plants. This innovative blister machine, equipped with PLC and printer, can produce from pre-cut foils high quality blisters both in plastic material with aluminum or different covering, and ALU-ALU (Tropical).

Twin-Pack is the smallest semiautomatic blister machine suited for performing small batches of production, clinical trials, stability testing to perform in the R&D Laboratory. Its greatest advantage is the hot-cold double station, which enables the operator to cut the blister immediately after hot operations due to a cold station independent from the one for thermoforming and sealing/coding. Blister operations are sped up, thus increasing productivity. The operator can therefore easily carry out thermo-forming of plastic material, sealing/coding in one operation and final die-cutting of blisters through a rapid and simple change of tools and with no need of experienced personnel or extra keys. S200 is O.M.A.R. automatic solution to recover every kind of product from blister packs of different shape and material, especially with high resistant covering material such as “Child Resistant”. The machine’s approximate output is 30-40 blister/minute and the biggest format size mm 150x150 can easily cover all pharmaceutical inquiries for product recovery in terms of sizes and applications. S200 has a automatic blister movement through a rotating system on size, made of following stations: blister charging, single pocket perforation, product ejection, ejection of the de-blistered packs. Format tools are simple to be replaced; keys or specialised personnel are not necessary for working the machine. Sympaty F130 is a semiautomatic universal deblistering machine, as it can deblister all kinds of blisters in plastic material with hard aluminum covering and ALU-ALU blisters without purchasing any additional tools and with perfect results in terms of product integrity. Sympaty F130 is equipped with all accessories to recover capsules, multi-shaped tablets, soft gel capsules, almonds and so on from blisters with up 7 pocket rows and a max. width mm 120, thus reducing at zero costs for format parts and their storage. Complete with movable support in painted iron and transparent PET-G bins for the recovered product and wasted material, Sympaty F130 is supplied with fully interlocked safety guarding with a single prevention carter in PET-G. This prevention carter is interlocked to the safety circuit and if removed the machine automatically stops. The machine can be supplied with electronic piece-counter and blister guide equipment on size for blisters with special configuration such as diagonal placed pockets. The pharmaceutical products are recovered without any damage or contamination thanks to a rotating blade system supplied with Sympaty F130 which cuts the aluminum covering of each single pocket before the product’s ejection, in order to help this operation and guarantee the product’s integrity.
